The world is witnessing significant developments in entrepreneurship, requiring
companies to strengthen their role in corporate social responsibility (CSR). This study
aims to define the concept of CSR and its dimensions, and to evaluate its application
within the Libyan Iron and Steel Company. The researchers employed the inductive
method to develop the theoretical framework and the descriptive method through
questionnaires and interviews with the company's employees and management,
followed by statistical data analysis. The results revealed a strong positive
relationship between adopting entrepreneurship and activating CSR, with the
company demonstrating high levels of commitment to employee rights and ethical
aspects, while some social and environmental dimensions showed room for
improvement. The study recommends expanding community initiatives and
enhancing the entrepreneurial work environment to ensure a sustainable positive
impact on both society and organizational performance.
