Abstract

Abstract :\ The research aims to clarify the impact of technology on sustainable urban planning, using geographic information systems, mentioned the importance of data in achieving sustainable urban planning, and presented the role of technology in improving transportation services, traffic, Health, and education, as well as some problems that hinder the application of technology such as: infrastructure problems, technical capabilities, financial financing, and investment, the research also reviewed some future visions of urban planning technology, and relied on the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the role of technology in sustainable urban planning, and identify proposed challenges and solutions.
